Ticket!

eveing guy's! So a couple of days ago I opened a ticket reporting an ally and in particular 1 player that he has like 7 or 8 accounts all in the same ally and from which 5 of them had been placed in aw. How do I know you ask? Name of the player on all accounts was the same and the only difference was dots, squares of Kama's as well as moving 1 after another in attack. Anyways.. I opened a ticket and in a few minutes got the reply back that they acknowledged and somebody will look into it and will come back to me in 24 hours with details. 2 days later still waiting for an answer to that ticket.
We really on the stage to get ignored on our problems and complains?

It's not against the rules, unfortunately. I agree that it's unfair for one individual to occupy spots on a Leaderboard like Seasons, but as it stands, it's allowed.

No, you can have as many as you want, and you can use the same device for them. You can also use them in War. Believe me, I get it. It's not fair for people to drive an Ally in War because it's designed for a team. One skillful individual can occupy a spot meant for many people. However, it's legit.

I play two accounts, used to have them both in the same ally, and played on same device. Kabam has said this is fine. Their issue is whether it is you playing your account, and not someone else.

Having an Alt isn't as bad, as far as I'm concerned. I only have one Account, but a couple of the guys in my Ally have two Accounts. What gets me is one Ally driven by an individual.

can't call out people. and anyway, 1 guy is doing 5x the work of everyone else. what's wrong with that? as long as they're all actually his own accounts

Lol! You must be drunk! Isn't an ally supposed to be build by 30 people? Or minimum of 9 to run 1 bg war? Not 1 person having 9 accounts and playing him with himself!

"You must be drunk," very unnecessary comment, no need for that, if someone wants to run 5 accounts in one battlegroup, who cares it is not against TOS at all.

Afaik wasn't there huge buzz about someone running a 30 person Ally by himself/herself a couple years back?

think that was before you could click the (i) button to check that person's account. and the name was too long so just showed "..." at the end so they were complaining they couldn't check for potential defenders

Running all 10 account in the same BG is OK, so long as they are all your own. You created them, and only you actually login and play them.

What is against the rules is to have 10 accounts created by 10 different people, but they let a single (ie, best, or at least someone who is available) player in their alliance login to all of their separate accounts and let him play all those accounts (pretending that it is the actual owner who is “playing” them).

So 1 person having multiple accounts.. OK.

Several people sharing their accounts amongst each other.. BAD.

That's allowed, and I don't see why it should be against the rules.

Yes there was. Don't remember their name though. Had 30 accounts.
