What small changes would you make to non god tier champions to make them more usable?

Im curious to see what easy changes people would make to their favorite non god tier characters to make them more usable. Personally, I have 2 in mind:
Sabretooth: Remove his persistant charge system entirely
For some reason, Kabam decided that he shouldn't be able to keep his furies for more than a few fights, dispite the fact that he already has a max number of passive furies he can have as well as a max number of furies he can convert per fight. The number of fights is completely random as well, which is frustrating. Its not as if his damage potential needs to be limited, in good matchups she-hulk can reach 15 furies in one fight, and aegon exists.

Mysterio: Switch the gas effects on special 1 and 2, and regenerate 150% health from reflection gas instead.
The main issue Mysterio has is that he has to choose between damage or utility. The best way to deal damage on Mysterio is to use his special 3 for the bonus damage, which means that he isn't able to use his other gas effects. My idea is to have the power drain gas of his first special attack. While the effects are still restricted to his specials, he now has much better access to his power drain. The other idea I had was to turn the special 2 into a regen ability. It would be balanced because of the risk associated with letting your champion take damage in order to heal, and makes the reflection gas a more useful utility.

    Ant Man:
    Fatigue Debuffs now have indefinite duration.

    The only real way Ant Man can deal significant damage is by converting Fatigue Debuffs to poisons...but even the poison is pretty weak. Making Fatigue Debuffs indefinite will allow Ant Man to become even tankier in conjunction with the inequity mastery, it'll help him counter healing nodes in conjunction with the despair mastery, and it'll give him a way to actually deal significant damage via poison.

    Admittedly, the Ghost synergy will also need to be tempered...maybe with his attack rating topping out at 10-20 fatigues or so.

    Spider-man (Classic):
    Blocking disables evade chance.

    Stealth Spidey already has this baked into his natural kit...his evade won't trigger if he's blocking. He even gives this ability to Miles Morales as a synergy. This should be given to all evade champs. I'd be more likely to use evade champs if there wasn't a chance to spontaneously evade when I am expecting to parry the enemy.

    something along the lines of BWDOs evade. Or at least when it will be a successful parry evade doesn’t trigger.

    Groot
    Pacisifsm charges does not come from awakened ability
    debuff duration seems nice so that should stay
    Maybe an aegon esque combo meter which helps Groot increase the chance of procing fury+cruetly buffs caps out at 100 for a 80% chance?
    Regen buffs should be removed from l2 only and be allowed to proc. Armor breaks on specials

    Rocket Racoon
    HP/BP buffed by a certain percentage.
    Sig goes into base ability, allowed to ramp up over time to carry through fights caps out at 500 hihts
    Shields are much more effective, timer reduced by half to trigger
    Cruetly buffs/Buffs in general become a passive
    Special two has a grenade type that can trigger random effects. Either shrapnel grenade or incindary grenade

    Increase the Potency of Joe Fixit's suits. Make it like a slot machine, where there are three suits. A heavy attack rerolls the suits. If it's three of the same, the potency is increased furthermore.


    Vulture's abilities should cost less Chitauri. Increased potency to debuffs. More effective power drains.

    Kamala Khan: Fury’s are permanent unless hit.

    her sp3 fury is a permanent fury, and the sp1 furies can build up easily so they don’t need to be permanent

    Rogue:
    Stolen Buffs last 3x longer.

    Currently, the enemy throwing a special is enough time to get the buffs to expire. They are too short for this ability to be useful in most cases.

    To add to this, maybe pause the timer when opponent's are throwing their specials

    Abomination:
    Regular attacks have a chance to inflict poison.

    His signature ability reads: Contact with the Abomination's gamma-irradiated body has a x% chance to poison the target". It's silly that this doesn't currently apply to his fists. This small changes would give him a lot more utility, making him one of the few that could inflict poison and potentially making him a solid counter to various types of healing nodes/champs.

    Ultron:
    Absorption ability extends to all sources of energy, not just energy-based attacks.

    Currently, a max-sig Ultron will convert 65.96% of energy-based attacks into health and power. This change would give him a more utility, making him a viable option to counter energy-based damage over time effects like Shock, Incinerate, and Cold Snap.

    And while we're at it, take his crit rate back up to 20% like it was before 12.0. Cutting his crit rate in half never made any sense to me.

    I would give Yellowjacket a taunt ability on his heavy attack that can be refreshed by another heavy attack or a special attack to make his power stings more effective. A small change but a meaningful one.

    MORDO
    Faster charging furies on heavy or evade the first hit while charging heavy (similar to quake).
    MS MARVEL KAMALA KHAN
    Faster charging furies on heavy and inscrease max stacks.
    On sp3 100% chance for a permanent fury buff.
    ROGUE
    +100% stolen buff duration (her current timer isn’t enough to keep them more than couple of combos and that if the opponent AI is cooperative).
    Steal the remaining health of the opponent if life steal is the finishing blow (wtf this is a clear bug).
    DIABLO
    On sp3 recovers all his potions.
    BLACK PANTHER
    100% to inflict bleed on critical hits.
    Increased critical rating (he is a feline he should be amongst the most precise champs).
    PROXIMA MIDNIGHT
    Her missions persist from fight to fight.
    ELSA BLOODSTONE
    A percentage of bleed resistance similar to OML.
    GROOT
    Pacifism buffs build at higher rate.
    Sp1 inflict a permanent armor break if 5 or more buffs are active on groot (can stack up to 3).
    Sp2 regen 10% of total health.
    ULTRON
    +30% bleed potency (his bleeds are only descent when he has class advantage otherwise they can’t mitigate even willpower mastery health recover).
    Recover to his pre v.12 critical rating.
