    Incinerate immune are probably your best bets

    It can be done by nearly any champ other than mystic... Just gotta practice dexing his special attacks to prevent him from get smolders. Other than that, void will be one of your best options as he is incinerate immune and only his special attacks do energy damage

    Colossus worked great for me. Void would work too but HT gains more power when he has a debuff so be careful if you use Void. Annihilus, Iceman, Méphisto should work too.

    Well I used Human Torch and I still got killed and obviously he doesn't apply bleed.

    @Lucifer1810 i believe Torch has a node that gives him Nova Flame after 8 smolders so Sunspot would probably be a bad match up, right?

    Yes he adds incinerate charges to torch and pushes him into nova and no one is immune to nova flames

    I used Havok but as Havok deals energy damage on certain hits Torch gets smoulders. Have to be very careful and try not to use his energy attacks but my Havok at 5* r4 unduped took him to 33% in one sp3 so isn't too bad

    Lol, with his medium attacks which are energy based, they don't make contact, so he won't get Nova flames if you're sticking to those. That's why torch is the best map 5 HT counter

    No I was able to take him out with Colossus :)

    I used Void when it opened up today, he's the obvious counter and did great (at least for those of us who Kabam refuses to bless with a 5* Quake)

    Went back in now though to test my theory that Hype is the answer to all problems you can't solve...and...yup, he breezed through it. Use SP2 only, and bait HT's SP1.

    Fury works fine as well. Parry with LLLL, wait out the bleed, repeat, big L2 or L3 depending on your rank/level

    Well yeah I did lose quite a bit of health but he gets the job done. Probably not a good counter.
