I use Cap for agression regen, Torch for burst situations and Void fits everywhere

Depends entirely on the fight. Best counter to constant regen eg aggression regen is CapIW with Tech synergy. For more protracted fights such as Sinister or Wolverine you could argue Void.

The real MVP however is the despair mastery. You can block healing with Ronin, Blade, Cull etc. Anyone who stacks lots of debuffs can do it if you have 3/3 despair.

Torch shreds heal especially with points in Despair. Warlock has the most consistent heal block in the game on the other hand.

Not rly at most it’s just a heal block

I did venom in 6.2 somewhere caustic temper and break through he had 1% regen
Took 600+ hits and sp2 heal reversal at most just canceled it. Despair helped but it was barely enough along with the energy damage to take him down

If the opponent has a bigger health pool then she might not be able to until she gets Into the higher combos

Duped Warlock. Passive degen > heal reversal.

As long as there is not a node that prevents debuffs or a champ that has strong purify/tenacity mechanics, Void is still the most reliable heal block/reverse champ in the game.

Void has easily the best heal reversal in the game, warlock maybe the best heal block as long as they dont have a lot of buffs.

This list is missing 2 key champs:

Void is the best heal reversal champ
- reason don’t need to throw a punch at all to do it.
Warlock is the best heal block champ
- all you need to do is parry 5 times and it’s over.

Could put Capt (beardo) in the best reversal also.

Gully requires souls and a special 2. Can be tricky
G2099 requires a special 2.

AA is too reliant on bleeding
Yondu no one uses
Modok require and special 1 and it’s too short
Doc oct no clue how he works lol

modoks is actually very very useful but in niche circumstances such as selective time stream and pull lane in 6.4.5

Best heal block is definitely Warlock.
Best heal reversal is difficult to choose one.
It all comes down to personal preference and the opponent.
