Thanks man! Appreciate and god bless. Seems like some people don’t know what they say.
Like 50% and 25% ??
Others were basically right, at least based on original linked announcement on Adrenaline, that there were no provided numbers on recovering that 30% potential of lost health (aka, Adrenaline).
The 30% of damage you suffered can “potentially” be recouped as you hit opponent back (but “potential” begins to fall off the longer you go). But doesn’t actually say the % of your own hits that convert into recovered health from your Adrenaline.
Unless Dorky ran a bunch of numbers in his video that people would have to sit through to see (?)
And (Announcement) that you can recover more from an SP3, vs another SP, vs from a Heavy, vs from a Basic (M or L), doesn’t really clarify whether that is just because those are typically in order of which normally do more damage to opponent (thus more would be recovered). Or it means that the calculated % of recovery is also a higher % based on that type of attack.

Did some digging but it depends on the kind of attack used and the attack rating

So there might be more to the numbers. Or more likely white Magneto is even more bugged than we thought.
