You assumed he is coming. We all assumed Jessica Jones was coming. Nothing is confirmed until the character is available in the game.

I was on MCOC and I could see the synergy FOR MYSELF in Wolverine (Weapon X)'s page. I'm not assuming anything, it was in the official game and everyone else here can confirm that. You can go on with your speculation, but Cosmic Ghost Rider is coming.
Frank Castle is a punisher, but Punisher 2099 is a different person. Punisher 2099 is Jake Gallows. The regular punisher that always shows up in our faces when we buy arena crystals is the regular Frank Castle punisher. In an alternate universe Frank Castle is killed and sent to hell but strikes a deal with the spirit of vengeance and finds galactus becoming his herald.
