I stopped watching him after he said King Groot is of the good champions. He also recommends Cap IW as a potion farmer. As soon as I hear those, I did not want to hear anything else.
King Groot is definitely in the "Good" tier if tiered lists are your type of thing. Tanky, large health pool, and reliable regen that just takes time to kill, provided they don't bring SS and the likes of that. He has the potential to stack heavy furies and if can stack 7 of those and pop an s2 and watch that poison melt them. Plus, look at him. He is an angry tree. He comes in handy in one of the variants I think but can't remember which one. He may not be perfect but he ain't all too bad
I don't go to @RichTheMan 's channel for exciting gamepays like KarateMike, Lags, BG, Swedeah, Munash, etc. can offer but if I want to know what's up in the Battlerealm, he's the one I go to. Sub, guys!
I wanted to say this below your vid, but if I did YT would have removed it That's the thing with that platform unfortunately, and some others. Censorship is getting out of control.
Migrate elsewhere, pal. YT is auto imploding. Many other content creators who were (often unjustly) silenced have done this. And many have started back ups for when they get eventually kicked off or won't put up anymore with their non sense. Bitchute, Dlive, Odysee (Lbry)... There are options and I'm sure many mcoc fans would follow you wherever you will go.
The show of love from the community to you is awesome to see, and you deserve it - but it might not be enough to YT coz, well, u know how they are.
Will anyone stop playing if he stops making videos?
I just don’t see how this affects us. I’ve watched his videos and several other YT’s but I’m not going to change my gaming habit when one stops making videos. Honesty they all talk too much and I skip over Rich’s minute of asking people to follow him on several other things😂.
Also- I’ve never subscribed to any channel. I don’t feel the need to be alerted. If I’m needing some info, I’ll go searching for it.
I'm new to the RichTheMan bandwagon only known him for a few months, but he's a chill, laid back guy, honestly wish I would've known him years ago. Though we are both content creators, I support him and hope that he continues.
Now I’m not a regular watcher of rich, when it comes to game news I generally know what’s going on (you know how much I’m on the forums) but he seems like a great guy from the few streams I’ve tuned into and I know his content helps a lot of players, and it would be really sad to lose him
Yeah been watching him for a while, pretty legit, seem like he know his stuff when it comes to the latest MCOC news. I believe some one with deep pockets wants his channel name. Trying to get him to quit the channel or YT is just being an A-Hole.
Ok, the negative toxic sludge has started to ooze out of the forums. It's one of the reasons I like his posts, so I don't have to swim through Billy Goat Gruff to get to info.
He's a nice guy. This is his living currently. Let him keep his job.
@_TermiN8than people can have their own opinions on champs. I personally don't like my namor but he is unduped. I'm probably going to get hated for this.
I'm shilling for Rich the Man. His content is quite good and useful. YT is screwing him over and he's wondering if he should just give it up. Please pop over to his YT chan and throw a like on this video to show him we would miss him if he goes. Let's give the young man some support.
Idk if this violates any TOS or anything here, but he needs our support.
He is great and one of our most important asset in the community. He replaced Seatin in a sense that he always bring all the important news about the game 2-3 times a week. Seatin used to do that but not anymore. Rich the Man is always looking out for the community and does a great job. Big thank you. and i always click the like button on his videos.

Is that the criteria upon which you judge what is worthy to discuss? Because no offense, but I doubt if anyone is going to change their gaming habits based on what your opinion of Youtubers is.
Rich or any other MCOC Youtuber getting demonitized by Youtube apparently tweaking their automated aup algorithm affects lots of people. It affects his fans for one thing. But it also affects players who don't necessarily subscribe to his channel but are interested when Youtube starts whacking content creators for random inexplicable reasons with no means for appeal, which happens all the time on the platform. If you care about MCOC having a healthy engaged player community, things like the Reddit and the forums and yeah, all the Youtubers who continue to make content for the game are all part of that community. The issues that affect them collectively might be important to any player that cares about the game as a whole, rather than just their tiny narrow slice of it.
I have no delusions that anyone would stop playing the game if I stopped posting on the forums. I don't do it because I think I'm necessary. I do it to contribute to the community. The Youtubers out there should be treated in more or less the same way. They aren't individually necessary. But they are collectively very valuable. They entertain, they inform, they collectively promote the game. Anything that makes life difficult for them, especially something that could just as easily affect all of them as it could one of them, is something noteworthy to a big chunk of the MCOC player community, even if their game playing doesn't hinge on it.

I'm not really sure why, but this comment pisses me off a lot somehow.
I have been watching rtm videos for a few years now and have heard him comment several times about the struggle making money on YouTube. If your not watching his videos I honestly think your missing out. I will certainly miss rich if he leaves because I don’t watch this type if content on any other platform. Good luck rich
@RichTheMan is by far my favorite MCOC YouTuber. Seatin is great for crystal openings, Lagacy is great for AW videos and general gameplay, Brian Grant is the best for everything he posts (BG is the YouTuber who really got me excited and into this game), and Prof Hoff is okay for crystal opening commentaries, but RichTheMan is always my go to one to watch because no matter what he posts, he's also so upbeat and entertaining to watch. Plus, he's just so nice!

It's hard to say what prompted it, but there is a way to appeal, and it's on Rich's side. I somewhat understand what the OP was saying because there sometimes can be an exaggeration due to fanaticism. I made the same point in another Thread, but the difference I don't see here was that people were literally implying the game would cave without certain YouTubers. I haven't seen anything of that nature here, just a Thread of support. Plus, turtles. I agree, not a reason to refrain from posting.
I'm sure Rick will read this at some point. We appreciate you, mate. Hope the YT situation improves. And if you end up moving, be sure to let the community know via the forums.
