    Ive seen some amazing plays with void but don't u need him to be high sig in order to be broken?

    Not really. higher the sig, more the attack increase and debuff refresh in fotv. Not really a gamechanger. It is nice to have though.

    Torch
    I think torch is better cause he can finish fights more quick meaning less mistakes you make

    As the question was overall, i would say Void, he is good in almost any fight.
    Torch is more than amazing in many fights, but also a bit weak in some matchups

    damage wise, human torch's is only good for champions that have energy attacks, while void can do more damage if you go slow and steady.

    utility wise, ht doesn't even come close
