Before I show you this list, let me explain what I'm measuring. MAXIMUM potential. BUT WAIT. Let me explain what I mean by this. I'm measuring Damage, Utility and Control on an equal playing field. I'm also considering the following:
1) FULL boosts (Including power boosts, NOT including war or 6.3 or limited time boosts)
2) Nodes and situations that ACTUALLY exist, even if it's one matchup.
3) The person playing has the highest skill cap possible and has completely mastered the champ
4) FULL synergies. Horsemen count.
5) The champ is already ranped up. This is big. It's like saying cull is already at 10 persistant charge or whatever and corvus is at 4 charges.
6) The best mastery setup possible for the character.

    If you want to talk about Max Potential, Hulkbusters damage surpasses guardian and Red G. Although, Guardian and Red G has more utility

    You can ramp up guardian infinitely though
    In the time frame of Guardians ramp up, Hulkbuster still gets More damage in

    Aegon at 999 combo counters literally everything. If we are talking about fully ramped up champs, then Aegon is the best champ easily.

    Sure. Things like spite and diss track don't exist anymore.
    A few nodes are bad for him but overall he is a monster against most. -100% AA on crits, unblockable, unstoppable, damage through block, and ridiculous damage.

    Too many tiers to be useful, and no methodology presented, so likely just based on your opinion. I call these tier lists "favorite lists".
