T5 Offer 18th February

Would it not have been a good idea to put how much of a T5 is included if you’re expecting people to buy the lower level packages to unlock the offer?

I think the original post is concerned with how many frags. But in his defense, the other items do list out an amount of fragments (T2a, for example) at the lower offers that comprise a full cat.

My issue was the fact it didn’t state how many shards you got to select. It could have been 10%, it could have been 50%. I wasn’t likely to purchase it either way, I just felt it was poorly advertised to the extent of almost bait and switch. I know a couple guys who wouldn’t have purchased the lower level offers if they had known it was only 10%. But I suppose they should have been more patient

Errors happen, I think its on the purchaser to do some due diligence and find out the amount before purchasing an offer that contains incomplete information.

Every company has there shady moments... its called un-clarified marketing ... what makes total sense for the person that created it doesn't make sense to the person they are selling it to... they need to clarify things before they send it out

Annnnnnddd you still can't use the right form of "their". Nothing you just said is true. This offer isn't "un-clarified marketing". That's not a thing. What this was is an mistake of info being left out from an in-game message. An in-game message isn't marketing.

I can faithfully assume many things in this game. There has only been a few variations of T5CC selectors sold. 5, 10, and 25%. 25% was during Cyber Weekend deals. There's no way on a random Thursday in Feb would they be selling a 25% selector with other items. I can safely assume on either 5 or 10% given Kabams history of offers on normal non-holidays. This is common sense.

While I think this falls into the “It’s Kabam—You Should Know Better” category, there’s a valid point that the actual % isn’t disclosed anywhere and that is problematic with a cash offer.

Is it safe to assume it’s 10%? Why not 5%? Or 20%? Maybe just a 2%?
