Not a very good pull but Angela is a hot topic now after her buff..should I dupe her?

    Or Tigra if you are exceptionally good at using her. If you aren't and dont have the time/desire to invest time in getting good at Tigra, then the obvious choice is Angela.

    Yeah, this is kinda tough. Tigra could be incredible for you if you learn to use her well... or she could sit on your bench forever. Angela's the safest bet, but go Tigra if you're willing to put in the time and effort.

    I believe Cull is the best of those, but only when he is duped. I know this will be the first time you've got him so you won't have that yet, and if the other choices outshone Cull, I would have chosen differently.
    In the long run I think Cull is the best of those 3.

    Tigra isn't dependent on her dupe whereas Angela's utility is completely Sig dependent
