Allow leadership to poke all groups

Think it would be a great idea to make it that leadership can poke other members that are not in their group. As a leader it's a bit frustrating when I can only poke the members within the group I'm in

    You can go to the other battlegroups without being in them y'know? Spectate button exists.
    Although that's a few more clicks, god forbid /s.

    You do know that when you go and spectate another group other than the one you belong to, you CAN NOT Poke anyone in them.

    Thus the point of OP's useful suggestion (and I agree). Even Officers can NOT Poke members of different BG's currently.
