    If we're talking about game balance, I think Guillotine 2099 is the most balanced champ in the game.

    If we're talking about animations and looks, Silver Surfer and Professor X take the cake for me.

    From this list, I like Mr Negative the best.

    From all the champs in-game though, Ægons design is still baller.
    As for game balance, I agree with KD

    What does character design mean? Looks? Abilities?

    I'll go with the Swole Mole. Great abilities, fun animations, and very relevant to the meta without being broken.

    I have a soft spot for Ibom too. I think I just like em' big, lmao.

    I really like Characters that make you "work" or play champs in an interesting way to access their utility and damage output, i.e: DDHK, Dragon Man, iHulk, etc.

    My favorite champion tho is Sentry.

    Magneto. He pair damage with utility but he has built in stop gaps so that he’s balanced in his place in the game. His design was a grand slam.
