Overall, I think it’s decent for sure. Some really great pulls, some duds as per usual.

For me, looking through I can only see one champion I’d like to pull, so I think im gonna hold onto my 5* shards for the Herc, Spider-Man 2099 Crystal.

If this was a six star featured, I could see why @Swedeah would go for this. But idt I will go for this one, since I was hoping for Magneto or Aegon to be there.

Well I went for 2 and got sig 80 Cyclops NXS, and sig 40 The Champion.

Sooooo, I don’t think I’ll touching this with a 10ft pole again. Overall the pool is pretty decent I think. Definitely some great champs in there

I mean there’s actually a precedent for this, Ronin and Diablo were in the last 5* featured

And in the one before that Crossbones was in there before his buff was announced.

So there’s actually a decent chance one or more of Cyclops, Mordo, sentry, rogue, champion, Thor rags could be getting a buff.

A couple on the less likely side are Stark Spidey and Vision AoU as they’re less available

14 trials with a 25% chance of a featured gives you a 1.78% chance of missing. Nothing all that surprising to be honest.

No Mr Neg which is a tiny bit disappointing, and no Red Hulk who I still don't have as 5 or 6*. But overall pretty happy with this.

I’m now trying to work out who might get buffed in this pool, since the last couple of pools have historically had future buffs, although that isn’t necessarily a given

The shortlist is:

Thor Rags
The Champion
Cyclops
Rogue
Mordo
Sentry
Maybe Vision AOU although I feel like he’s in there because he’s exclusive and not due to a coming buff

Out of those, Cyclops and Sentry really need the overhaul treatment. Rogue, The Champion, Mordo and Thor Rags could all get away with a tuneup, although I think Thor Rags could benefit from a moderate

This featured will end on Nov 2nd, provided I can count. Considering Diablo was in the last one and it ended the same month he was buffed, we have spots open until November at a push, but more realistically I think the cutoff would be October.

We know the buffs for next month, King Groot even appears in here. We’re still waiting on the Miles buff, which is at least September. But we also have the Guillotine buff, who we know they were aiming for October/November time for. Considering she was released in October, I would be willing to bet she’s the October overhaul

Judging by that, unless the Miles buff has been pushed back, Sentry and Cyclops couldn’t get an overhaul spot until November (assuming sentry gets an overhaul and not a moderate). Which feels to late in the cycle to be indicative of a buff, I feel like they would just put the November buffs in the 2nd November featured

So sorry sentry fans, I think there is a decent chance you’ll have to wait a bit longer.

Outside of that, Thor Rags, The Champion, Mordo and Rogue could all get buffs. Historically there has been at least 2 future buffs in these pools. Sometimes more. Interestingly there is no potential overlap between the new 6* featured and this new 5* featured in terms of champs, but DPXF was in the last featured 5* and is now in the featured 6* so...

Unfortunately that’s not how odds work. You expect that over time opening enough crystals it would balance out, but statistically, there is nothing significant about this result. You have too few samples and too few observations that are not expected.
