Rates were clearly marked.... I don’t see why people are complaining. Do you people always throw money at something before reading what you are actually getting?
Nexus cav crystals = whatever drop rate they CLEARLY posted if you read the fine print
Unpopular opinion: I feel this falls on whoever spent and didn't read the details.
Hahahahahahahahah………you can’t be serious?
Wait, you’re serious?
I think people truly enjoy being contrarian.
You’re either not thronebreaker, free to play, got ridiculously lucky if you bought the deal, or some combination of the above.
It is the general belief that the rates of cav crystals have changed. So basically your logic is stating we should double check each offer’s drop rates just in case a switch up has been “sprung on us?”
Yeah when I bought it, I didn't realize it was the lesser drop rates. When i popped them open, I was wondering why I was only getting a choice between mostly 3* champs, thought maybe it was just terrible RNG
I’m surprised that people who purchased the offer are arguing that the 10 Cav crystals made or broke their decision, and not $50 for 15k 6* shards and a 6* crystal. 🤷🏻♂️
The 10 cav crystals was the main reason for the purchase for me. 10 regular Cavs costs 1750 unit, and the deal cost the 1450 unit pack, so it's already a deal. The extra 6* goodies were just a good grab next to them.
Hey Kabam, just let us know if there was an error or if those drop rates were intended. With all the things happening in the game clarity is important and we all know you have been doing your best to put of the fires that have been popping up all over the game. While I wait for the communication I will be continuing my act 7 exploration.

It was the nexus aspect of the “buffed” cav crystals that made me want the offer. I’m sure countless others prolly feel the same. 🤷🏽♂️
This is reminder for me to not buy those deals ever again. It’s been a long time I don’t but those offers. It looked very spicy and i was happy to invest 50 USD on such deal. After purchasing, I’ve realized the shady strategy of defining old drop rates for the cav crystals. Kabam will not have my money again after this low blow.
I think we should give Kabam the benefit of the doubt here. I'm pretty pissed that I found out about the old drop rates after the fact but I think Kabam will make this one right. Seems more like an unintentional error than on purpose but I guess well see if they end up deciding to fix this issue. @Kabam Miike
What issue? The issue that you didn’t read the drop rates before buying? Lol
Bait and switch. All crystals since April 8 are supposed to be buffed. Kabam should make it right. Submit a ticket. If they don't, take it up with the correct OS store, but give Kabam a little time to respond.
People can't do anything legally or with google/apple since Kabam have mentioned the drop rates. Mentioning something a few months back on a forums and mentioning something currently with the actual deal, which one do you think will take precedence?

So by your logic they can release any "cavalier crystal" they want and change the drop rates to what ever they want and still call it a "cavalier crystal" . In your opinion that is a good way for a company to operate, its fair and ethical in your opinion? Thats what you are defending?
Did I say it's fair and ethical? It's not a great thing for them to do be it intentional (or a mistake which has happened a few months back). I'm just saying that techinically they did mention the drop rates.
Drop rates were advertised on the crystals before people were allowed to buy them. So as a company, Kabam did nothing shady or unethical. It was the buyers who did not read what was stated and bought them based on their assumption.
However, as a company, Kabam should offer the new crystals as compensation as a gesture of goodwill. They’re not obligated to do so though.
Kabams rates and info are all over the place. Where is the purchase info for the camp stuff? Oh yeah, it was sent in game via a message and not listed on the purchase item. It's no wonder people aren't sure about what they're buying half the time. There's no consistency or Kabam changes the rates on something that you wouldn't normally need to even look up since they've already said what the drop rates are supposed to be for all cav crystals.
Anytime someone is ready to leave the game, they can absolutely go through the play store to get a correction, for any purchase. You'll likely have negative units in game as a result and never be able to buy again, so it really is an end game move.
I didn't buy the offer and wouldn't with the drop rates changed. But I do hope that everyone who bought it gets some kind of adjustment. There was no reason to make the drop rates worse than what they said they were going to be for all Cav crystals going forward as of April 8th in their posted announcement.

Technically, as long as they state the drop rates when offering the crystal, it is fair and ethical to do so.
You can try bringing your argument to a lawyer and see if you have any grounds to stand on.

That makes no sense. So if Kabam all of a sudden updated Ghosts abilities to state “cannot phase damaging debuffs” and didn’t tell us about it BUT YOU COULD READ IT IN HER ABILITIES, then that would be fine?
Kabam can only do things from here on both of which aren't great for them
a)Give an equivalent amount of cav crystals back to those who bought it. That's a decent spread of cav crystals that they have to give away just like that in terms of monetary value.
b) Come out and say it's intentional and loose the goodwill of spenders.

Alrighty. Will do…….(sarcasm)
