I can’t understand how this is normal as expected. These solo events have been running the same way for quite awhile. To just up and change the timing drastically without any messaging is far from being transparent to the community. And continues the gap in communication with the player base.
I wish every 'bug that affects players' should somehow be dependent and accompanied with a 'bug that favors players'.. That way bugs will get fixed ASAP.

You apologize for the confusion and thank us for understanding but have provided no information as to why this is happening or that it would be so of course there is confusion and we can't have understanding since you provided no explanation. The only thing we can infer is that you have yet again intentionally changed something with no advance notice or even a notice after the change and can't even be bothered to have the decency to provide an explanation after the fact when you have been caught.
I'm severely concerned now that we won't get a Level Up Event due to whatever bug/glitch happened, and when 22 hours are up from what should have been the Level Up Event, we will roll over to the next 22 Hour Event making us miss out and have to wait another 4 days for this to come around again.
This is insane, 7 hours plus, past the point of sad, now its falling to tragic. Now the toss up of selling falling off iso or, using it to level up anyway for no rewards. Why would the community have so much recent disappointment……no clue, none at all.
More radio silence. Not being transparent with the community. They had a couple emergency maintenance today where this could have been fixed. Or at least commented on. I can’t believe this will be the new normal as was stated. I will just hope we get an explanation tomorrow. That can’t be too much to ask for when they continue to tell us they want to keep the lines of communication open and be transparent
I think at this point they are just trying to limp through Black Friday and the gifting event to cash in as much $$ as they can before they shut the game down for good.
