Maybe. But if you have Apoc, magneto, doom, etc at 5*, what do you do with these clowns? You only rank one to get TB, the rest are just iso and gold pits that get extra points in one arena.
Do you see any of those champs in his 6* roster specifically? I don't. Having leveled up options can help widen options for future content. Never know what niche nodes and champion combinations will call for one champs abilities who isn't exactly part of the so called "Meta"
I’m almost positive my question was about if you have powerful champions already fully leveled up at five star, what do you do with your early roster of bad six stars? He hasn’t shown his five star roster, but I’m guessing that if he’s accomplished enough to even have six star champs he has some good five stars. And most of us do because of the enormous number of five star crystals everyone gets these days. And I still don’t see the point of putting the rather larger number of resources in iso gold and catalysts in a bad 6* vs the lower investment of a great 5*. I maintain that a bad early six star roster is useless for most accounts

Every 6* deserves 1/25. It's not that hard to do either.
Again, even if in *your* eyes a roster is bad, you never know when futute content comes that specifically requires a champions skill to complete, and it can't just be bruteforced through like "I'll JusT UsE My ToP ChAmPs bEcAusE thEy alWayS woRk". Diversity in roster beats only ranking meta in my opinion.

I completely disagree. It takes considerably more gold and iso to just level up that 6 star than it does to fully level up your new rank four 5 star, and around 90% of what it takes to fully level up your new rank five 5*. Now admittedly, that is because those six stars come built in with so much more power that you are saving those first three ranks of expenditure. But there is no point in my mind where I am going to put the resources of being able to rank up a champion I actually plan to use versus sinking them into undupped OG Iron Man or undupped OG daredevil, neither of whom have any but the slightest utility (DD can bypass some miss functions, that’s about it).
Now is this my main account we are talking about? No, on that account I have ridiculous numbers of resources and I use these champs in arena. I’m talking about my alts and my new account challenges where those first several 6*s are in competition with other rank up choices right away to get cavalier. Is undupped Green Goblin getting that Xbones down for me? But I only have the gold and tech iso to either take to him or this 5* ultron? Who will get the job done?
