AW Enlistment Issue [Merged Thread]

When we recently added a player this afternoon when it was about 3.5 hrs left for matchmaking to start we de-enlisted and tried to re-enlist our alliance in AW matchmaking. It will not allow it to stay as enlisted. It keeps reverting to Not Enlisted. We need help ASAP!! Only 3 hours now till matchmaking.

    hi folks
    we start the war yesterday right after previous gas finish but today morning when i start the game we were not enlisted
    so we loose points and are not able to play todays war what is annoying in the beginning of the season
    pls someone also has such a problem?

    what should we do? 1 hour is missing from the match and we still can't register the alliance for the next war, where we have to play the master!
    When do you solve the problem? or do you want to do nothing?
    we also have video of the bug and sent it to you via ticket.

    This has happened to our alliance as well. We have had multiple members put in help tickets. I’ve also seen video clips of the same problem.

    If this doesn’t get fixed soon our war season is already ruined

    My ally name is Furius_Gods (.F&G.)

    We are not able to enlist for war even the matchmaking time is available. This surely effects our AW season leader board. There is still time for matchmaking and still we can't be able to enlist for war matchmaking as it is automatically selects not enlisted immediately. We ( leader and other officers) tried from last 30 mins but we can't be able to do anything. Could you please check this out ?

    A thread, just a few posts under your creating another thread about the issue, is over in Bugs…

    Not sure if yours is problem re-enlisting, or is brand new enlisting that might mean currently disabled for everyone (ie, for those that waited until the final hours before even enlisting at all).

    PnyGs had to cancel ours and then add new player. Now we can’t re enlist for war!
    Also concerned about our placement and rewards. Currently gold 2 600#’s ranking.

    None of the officers in our alliance can enlist for war. After trying to confirm button resets to not enlisted.

    For unknown reasons we are not able to enlist in war matchmaking phase ! We cant afford loosing a war !
