My alliance could not re-enlist for war 1.5 hours before matchmaking started. Please fix. Tried the whole time to enlist, it would not stick. Officers tried as well. I logged out, then back in. Nothing changed. Restarted phone, nothing changed. Now we are missing this war, due to error on mcoc end. Please fix.

Some guyz say that even enlisted didn't go to matchmaking .... a big mess !
Couldn't get my alliance enlisted into war again either. For over an hour and a half I tried, all the way up to matchmaking had started. Please fix. Now we are missing this war. I have video, if you would love to see it.

But it already did detrimentally affect our alliance this season since I reported this same issue for us two wars ago. I posted here, filed ticket for bug, was told the only way this could happen was if we actively unenlisted, was directed to an article with incorrect information saying we could still enlist "while in matchmaking phase" which is not possible:
"Do you know that the only way for an alliance to become unenlisted is for the alliance leader or one of the officers to manually cancel the alliance’s enlistment. If this is recognized prior to the end of the matchmaking phase, the alliance can re-enlist. However, the later in the matchmaking period that an alliance enlists, the greater the chance there is for the alliance to not find a match."
Where is the mysterious enlist button while in matchmaking phase? When in matchmaking it says you have missed enlistment but this quoted text is the article in Kabam enlistment issues help docs.
It was recommended that I restart my phone to fix the issue even though this is an alliance-based and game based issue.
0 points for AW because we couldn't participate isn't even remotely the same as a loss with 3 BGs with full diversity so down at least one full bracket to start season and now less wars to even try to catch up.
Would it be possible to know how prevelant an issue has to be in order to be considered an issue worth response? Certain percentage of alliances that aren't allowed to match?
Considering all the issues with AW this season such as reported issues surround extra defenders, attack tactics not working correctly and now this enlistment problem, Kabam should just shut the season down and mothball AW until they have fixed the mode and other game issues.
Alliance War seasons seem to have had ongoing issues for a number of seasons now. Considering all the other issues with the game it is no wonder people are saying goodbye in droves.
I understand Kabam want to try and salvage this season, but at this point it’s too late.
Focus on fixing the game we all love cause every month, season or event seems to have issues everytime.
The players are looking for stability at this point, something that isn’t currently being offered.
Tbh,..I believe Kabam should shelve the AW platform for awhile. I love AW…but let’s be real here,..having AW in this game and running like this is more damaging than anything. AW is a lot different then AQ in regards to the fact that it has to run smoothly in order for it to work. The constant bugs …delays, and cancellations of seasons is more a detriment to the game then not having AW at all.
Kabam should consider the health of the game and replace the AW concept with something that is not totally dependent on functioning flawlessly or has no room for error.
So I posted in some random thread last week and others part of me thought I was going crazy but my ally missed war 2, I enlisted asap once enlistment went live and then the matchmaking came and left us warless. Seems the same thing is happening to many ally’s (including mine) again.
I’m glad kabamm is doing something this war cycle but we missed out on a full war worth of points and dropped us down a rank.
Ally name is AoNi, any chance it can be looked into. Many other officers thought we were enlisted as well but had to be this same bug.
@Kabam Miike something is wrong with the aw rang lists too, did you guys changed the number of alliances in each Rang? We are usually in G2 after two wins in tier 5, now we are in G3 rang 490 and there are just 500 alliances in G1 and 2 last season 1500!

You can only scroll thru seeing 500 alliances at most in any Medal bracket, even if there are 1500 alliances actually in the bracket,

please note that a few alliances were not enlisted in the previous wars (no one solved it because there was little response) so the current ranking is not fair for many people -if you stop the season and give players rewards for current raking -and also when season will continue these alliances are at disadvantage

Sure but why we are after two wins with 2 bgs in tier 5 only G3 and last season after two wins in tier 7/8 in g2, are there really more alliances now playing with 3 battlegroups I can’t believe that!

When it was time to palce defenders, it says matchmaking in progress, searching for war match ups.
Clearly this is affecting multiple allainces.
