It's not rank resources that they need for max prestige. They all have 5 R5s at least anyway. The issue is champion and sig stone acquisition. I've been there personally and seen how this goes. There legitimately is no actual issue

I run my own alliance thank you, and we whale enough as it is. Top 10 you have to basically purchase everything and I feel my current alliance is at a nice middle ground where we can still afford to take the best of the best ftp guys.

I'm not saying that its a problem like having bugs in the game. I just think the access is a little too fast and we're headed towards r5 materials more quickly thank I'd like personally. I'm not calling for a huge fix just speaking on my preference.
