Energy in AW?

Why does several of my alliance members complain about only having 4 energy when entering AW? Has it something to do with if you are the first to enter?

It has to do with the fact that war energy starts at four when the war starts. It used to start lower. I forget if it was two or three, but it never started at full.

Always started with 3 before.

Yeah 4 energy sucks, 6 would be better. Most of the times 4 doesn’t even get me a fight at the beginning.
