is storm nerfed? or it's just a misunderstanding here?

as some may know, storm was bugged, her heavy couldnt pause prowress. so they fixed her, but did they change how her heavy would interact with her prowresses? what i'm reading here is, that she needs to land a heavy critical attack in order to pause her prowresses. hope i'm wrong cuz if this's true, they nerfed her

Nope, Total misunderstanding, Known Issues thread and other earlier posts can clarify it for you.

Didn’t pause on heavy crit. So fix says now pauses on heavy crit. Such a big leap to assume that is the ONLY way she will pause now.

Given kabam’s issue with communication and champ descriptions (see: moleman), no it isn’t a stretch. We will find it in an hour (or 25 hours)

There was never an issue with Moleman's description. It wasn't responded to as a bug.
