With the shortened fight timer any champ that extends fights like Peni, Sersi, Fury, etc, and rank 4 champs that have enormous health pools.

Not nightmares but tough.

A high-sig Thing is a nightmare whenever I fail to ban him. Insane health pool + lots of immunities + almost-constant damage reduction + a constant fight duration-increasing unstoppable? Yeah, no. Since I'm fairly sure that my r4 Tigra will get banned a lot, I don't really have any good counters to him.

I also hate fighting Domino while stressed. The more I have to get her down quickly, the more prone I am to making mistakes, and it can be really difficult to get back from those when fighting her since you just end up with a can't-be-parried/evades-any-hits death machine.
