After the AW season, people will start moving to other alliances, and how will you deliver the correct Battleground rewards? Do players need to stay in an alliance to get the correct rewards for Season 1? We are waiting a long time for some information and still NOTHING!
I hadn't thought about this. Good grief this is a mess.
Between AQ, AW, and now BG seasons the window to be able to move alliances without losing rewards you've put in effort toward is becoming smaller and smaller. And that's assuming everything goes smoothly.
I don't imagine we'll hear anything until tomorrow at the earliest. They just came off the weekend and this issue seems to be incredibly low priority. Not that it is low priority just that it feels that way.
@Kabam Jax is there anything new you can share with us? Even if it's just letting us know that it's still being looked into with no "new" information that would be helpful.
At this point I'm definitely feeling the ripple effect of not receiving the correct rewards. I'd have been able to R4 another champ with those rewards. Not having that extra power in Battle Grounds is the difference in winning and losing in that content. I guess in the big picture that doesn't matter a ton, but it isn't nothing.

I'm calm, trust me. There is a difference between being angry/mad and being frustrated. The AW season is already over, people don't know if they can move to other alliance. Getting 1000 BG tokens instead of 8000 is a huge difference, not even talking about the rest of the rewards. The difference in BG tokens equals one more featured 6* crystal to open which is especially important for me since a hoard for Galan/Quicksilver.
I'm just glad more people have joined the conversation. The complication of potential alliance moves during the off-season is worrying. Can we get any information on if it would be safe for alliances affected by this problem to make member moves, @Kabam Miike ?
If it doesnt impact many people, just do a manual intervention. If there was any foul play, just say this has been resolved here and respond to the individuals who raised a ticket.
Not sure if it is automated or not, but at least the very first sentences acknowledge the actual issue being raised. The previous automated messages didn't do that, they just referred to the cat selector issue instead. Progress. Just not very much progress.
We are headed into another weekend without any assurances that something will be done about our problem. I know the team is looking into what happened, but that doesn't mean that we will get our earned rewards. Can you let us know that this is still ongoing or even if KABAM intends to make this right for us, @Kabam Jax ?
Alright gang, last chance before we close this thread. As we have mentioned multiple times: this is still being looked into. Assume that is the case until we say otherwise. Tagging the mods every day does not make the process go faster.

You mentioned the team was looking into what caused the issue and you have given us a once weekly still looking into it update since then. Looking into what caused the issue doesn't offer any assurances that the rewards earned will be given just that you want to know what happened presumably so that it doesn't happen again.
When issues affect larger portions of the community you give assurances that the problem is being looked into and you look to correct the issue as soon as possible. There has been no mention of correcting the issue at all. The rewards owed are fantastic rewards so we are understandably frustrated that we still don't even know if the team intends to get those rewards to us.
As for the multiple tags you might notice that a new question has come up that is tied to this issue with the war season ending. We still haven't had an answer to those tags. At this point I assume we won't hear anything.

A timetable for when we might hear something would be useful. Then we just need to check in at those points to get an update. This somewhat feels like it is being brushed under the carpet. I hope this is not the case.
I would think this is pretty easy to resolve. Check the scores, look where the alliance should have landed, check who was in the alliance at that point, distribute the correct rewards.
It has been over 2 weeks now, can we at least get the official yellow announcement on the forum, the same that happens everytime when some strange issues appear?
