Can’t figure the new auto setting for War. Anyone else having an issue?

I’m posting this for the An Ally mate, he keeps trying to auto set for 3 bg war during season and 1 off season , but this is happening. Is this enlisted in 3 bgs war showing because we are still in war season?

    Should be able to just go to the “Next War” screen and change it from there. As long as auto-enlist is checked they will be able to modify it. It’s just tiny side-scroll boxes and super easy. Start with On-Season, set to 3 and confirm. Should be good from there.

    The issue I was having was the 3 bg enlist, we did not select that.


    I think the auto select is getting confused because technically the next war is off season season, but the setup is during season.

    I turned off auto enlist for now and will re-enable when we go into off season. I think that’s the problem.

    Click the arrow next to on season and you can adjust the off-season desired amount of bgs

    He already has done that, you can see 1st pic shows Off-Season at 1 BG. But the current Enlistment Status (above those line in 1st pic) is showing currently enlisted for 3 BG.

    Theory, either your Ally had *already* enlisted (ie, sometime in last couple days) for next war still as 3 BG (prior to going into new advanced enlistment setup).

    Or as you say, might be because technically still in-season (just some hours of “post war” time remaining until season technically ends). If so, I wouldn’t bet that it will automatically correct itself later this morning (although it might). And if it doesn’t, then Kabam might have a problem for the very first in-season war when season resumes (it may pre-enlist using the off-season setting, because that time would technically still be *prior* to season starting. And if it doesn’t “auto correct” when the season timer changes it could be a problem then too, like now).

    Is it maybe just Canadian lingo, that they used the term “ON-SEASON” ?
    I find that verbiage a little bit awkward.

    I would think “IN-SEASON” is a more common form for that term.

    Yeah I’m having the same issue. I tried selecting 1bg off and 2 bg on but it keeps listing both on and off for the same amount of BG’s

    Further problems with War Auto-Enlist screens

    So that pic showing WAR ROOM only looks like that when War is NOT going on (not in Defense Placement, and not in Attack, ie basically only in the 1 day in between weeks, or maybe will show during only the few hours after attack but before next matching).
    1st issue as said before, it is very hard to get the Setup to actually pay attention to what you want to do. And even then, as above, it had still said “Enlisted for 3 BGs”, even though I think it correctly only did the 1 BG as how we configured it (even though it said 3 here).

    *BUT NOW* in placement phase, above screen showing HOW you are configured DOES NOT SHOW. It only shows your Defense Placement Status (or once Attack starts, will show Attack Status), not what your Configuration is.

    *AND* the Tab to left (NEXT WAR screen) which does show the Setup options, however does NOT actually show you what your current Setup is. It always shows 3 BG's below, with the slider for In/Off Season above that. But even if say you have setup for 1 BG off-season, 2 BG in-season, it shows it as 3 BG for both. Note, that Next War screen does not look like the War Room screen did prior to matching.
