Announcement was from August.
But don’t go looking for a loophole with wording they said back then, and try to see if subsequent clarification somehow goes against what they said earlier, and then ask for co……

There was also a post last January shortly after it ended, saying this years event would look different. It didn’t have much info and I can’t find it so 🤷
