For me it's when Thor arrives in Wakanda with Stormbreaker (Infinity War)
Gives me goosebumps every time.

    After Nat dies in Endgame a Clint tells Thor to grab his hammer and go talk to the floating guy. Serious moment but the line itself makes me chuckle

    Has to be the elevator scene from Winter soldier. Close second would be Ironman vs Cap and bucky in civil war that end bit.

    The moment the portals open behind Cap and he tells the avengers to assemble is great.

    But my most favorite is the scene that just comes before that. Cap strapping on his broken shield, and standing there alone, against an entire army. He does not like bullies, he does not care where they are from. And even if he cannot beat them. He will still just stand there, and take to beating.
