I did that. Unfortunately they can’t help, because according to them it had been announced in various ways how long it was available. I get it. It’s my own fault.

Good on you for recognizing that this was in your control and not Kabams fault because it negatively impacts you. A more smooth-brain person would blame it on Kabam being bad. (This is supposed to be a compliment to you but is worded awfully. Im very hungover)
