I’m having the same issue for the last hour & I did the “clear cache, reinstalled App, switch networks” & same issue. It’s not my WiFi or my connection because I wouldn’t be able to be on here lol. Can anyone confirm if they’ve been able to sign on & how? Thank you
I can’t either! I’m on a IPad 8th generation, I’ve deleted the app, I’ve cleared the cache & reinstalled the app multiple times & I’ve used different Wifi networks too & still no luck. It can’t just be a few of us who are having this problem. I asked my Ally & the question fell on deaf ears ( 3/4s of my ally doesn’t talk anyways ) If I’m able to sign on I’ll let you know & let me know if you have any luck! Thanks
The game is broken for me. Every time I try to open it, it goes to the loading screen, then the goddam connection error identifier pops up for 45 seconds, then it gives me the "Lost Connection- You have been disconnected. Please check your connection and try again." It's been doing this for hours. And I can't even get to a point where I can try to log into a different account because it autologs into my main account. I have tried deleting and installing it, 3-4 times. I have logged out of game center, it STILL somehow forces a login to my main and won't let me try other accounts.
I have a couple more paths to fully explore the EQ and I have saved all my SQ entries to do today. Now I can't get in at all, and I am at my limit. Any suggestions?
I'm having the same issues too and unfortunately it's in the middle of war season as well as multiple event quests ending. Are the devs aware of the issue?
I’ve now downloaded the game on two different iPads, tried it on my Android, I’ve deleted the game, cleared the cache & reinstalled & still the app just loads forever & tries saying it’s a connection issue. If it was a connection issue, I wouldn’t be able to be online typing this right now lol.
I am on Android. Ever since the new update I have been completely unable to log in to the game. I keep getting an error message that says "Lost connection. You have been disconnected. Please check your connection and try again."
I know my internet is not the issue as I can load practically everything else with 0 issue. I have attempted restarts, reinstalls, the works.
Interestingly, the error only seems to affect previously made accounts. On one reinstall, I instead elected to not sign in and make a new profile. I made it through the tutorial all the way until I could access the settings and sign in on my Kabam ID. Once I signed in, though, it sent me back to the loading screen as if I had signed in upon installing the app.
Any word on a possible fix would be greatly appreciated. I would very much like to be able to actually play the game.
I can’t even say it’s because of the Update because when I tried signing on at 7:30pm eastern time, I didn’t update yet & I was experiencing this then. I’ve tried logging onto the game on 3 different devices, on my Cellular & Wifi Network ( I have two different Wifis. The other is X-finity which isn’t in one of the pictures ) I’m currently in the Circuit & would like to make a final push towards higher tiers.
