It's either Delete or Rework these champs:

Cosmic: Superior Iron Man (Too Generic), Symbiote Spider-Man (Palette Swapped OG)
Tech: Iron Patriot (Lack of Source Material
Mutant: Red and Blue Cyclops (Palette Swapped, at least make the red one more violent or have some Phoenix force)
Skill: Elektra
Science: Rhino

Captain Marvel because she is no longer useful and redundant as she is the same as Ms Marvel. Superior Iron Man because he is the same as Iron Man and you can't get rid of Iron Man.
