12.0 was a very longtime ago where a few classic champs were nerfed into the ground. As you said they were to over powered... since 12.0 you have released champions way stronger than the before mentioned champs. Please do the right thing and bring back the powers of these og champs to what they deserve.

In a nutshell, they've never introduced a Champ as powerful as the OG God Tier. They have not, because they cannot. The system will not allow it. Nor would they want to.
The game was a prisoner of its own design in a sense. Through the old percentage-based system, there was literally nothing they could introduce that those Champs couldn't cut through.
You may have an argument for revisiting those old Champs, but I suspect that would be considered with a heightened sense of caution because the last thing a Dev would want to repeat is something that would prohibit them from making future content.
