Magik, Quake and the future of other champions in the Contest

I'm creating this post because I would like to know the status of Magik, Quake and Ultron (LOL).
They are the only champions that didn't have a 6 star version available.
Kabam has been trying to improve and in my opinion has been successful in improving communication with the community.
It would be interesting if we could have official information and discuss the situation of these champions based on this information.
I believe that a good part of the community is interested in knowing what the situation is, especially with Magik and Quake. Of course, there must be a reason both champions weren't released.
Have tests been done with the 6 star versions of both? or even with the 7 star versions?
What was discussed?
Possibility to make available?
Possibility of being balanced before being made available?
With the release of the 7-star champions, I believe it's an opportune time to talk about it.
I created this post because I miss official answers about this topic on the forum, this was already a question since Scarlet Witch.
I know this has already caused problems and maybe there is a fear of talking about it, everyone remembers Early June and Scarlet Witch would break the game.
But I think a lot of things have been learned since that time and balance is an important topic to discuss and at an opportune time given what happened with Zemo.

Maybe if they incorporated something, like Cassie, where you could only hold block for a certain amount of time before she is stunned and then you'd have to regain charges before doing it again.
It would be nice to see Ultron included as a reward for completing some kind of future Everest content. It was a missed opportunity having a 6 star version included in Abyss.
As for Quake, yeah that's not happening in her current state
The only way I could see them bringing in Quake is if she'd be retuned specifically for the 6* version, so the 6* would have different abilities from the 5*, but even that would most likely confuse casual players or players a few years down the road
The intention is to discuss the situation of Magik and Quake, they were not made available because they are too strong is a speculation of the community, not something official.
But if it were, it would also be a balance discussion, and it would be at an opportune time, which is why I talked about Zemo.
Back to the topic - I think that we will never see a 6* oder 7* quake. When you can quake with a 6/7* it’s too strong. People soloed most fights in gauntlet with a 5*.
Regarding Magik, hmm. I do not see a reason why she isn’t out as 6* yet. Perhaps kabam wants to have a selling ace later on. She’s not tooo strong
The 6 star came with the Adrenaline mechanic.
The 7 star came with the Attributes mechanic.
Quake's playstyle doesn't benefit from either mechanic. Since she doesn't make contact, she doesn't benefit from adrenaline at all.
In the 7-star mechanic she can benefit from defensive stats like armor and attack resistances, but played the right way, without parrying, she wouldn't benefit from this mechanic either.
The physical resistance attribute on defenders greatly reduces her damage and the block penetration attribute would punish inexperienced players a lot.
In a way, the game's progression put her at a disadvantage compared to the other champions, but it seems not to have been enough for her to stop being broken.
I believe she is the only champion in the entire game whose fighting style does not benefit from any of the mechanics. Still, she is the most broken champion in the game for most of the community. And I agree, I think Quake is the strongest champion in the game by far.
But I also find it easy to render it useless. If she can't evade, she doesn't play. But I understand how annoying and game-defeating it would be to have to stop attackers from evading because of a specific champion.
Not to mention it's boring to see a Quake play. But I wanted to see Kabam officially say something about it.
Playing quake is like playing a different game. She used to be compared to ghost often but with ghost you have to land hits, which makes her gameplay akin to most other champs in that aspect.
In fact, the champ that comes closest to emulating quake is actually omega red.
There are broken 6* champs.
There are and sure will be broken 7* champs
There are bazillions on nodes that counter Quake.
Not everyone can use Quake to her full potential.
Not everyone like Quake playstyle.
Not everyone will get Quake.
To not include as a 6* just because he can demolish content is something like talking about economy after July 4 sales. Everybody talks about is but is the most nonsense thing.
Also I'll never understand how Magik is still not available as a 6*, while blade and hype is
