Streamline Battlegrounds by shaving off unnecessary waiting time

I think BGs can be made to go much quicker and thus be more enjoyable if the game shaves off waiting time during various points of the BGs experience. I know that if both you and your opponent confirm a screen, or your opponent picks a defender or whatever, then it goes away. The problem comes in when your opponent is afk or trolling, making you sit through every single timer. For example:
1) I don't need to meet my opponent. I cannot tap anywhere to see anything about them here anyway. I don't care who my opponent is. Not a single person has ever thought they need to meet who they will face once in BGs and probably never see again. This should not be a waiting screen, let alone for like 10 seconds.
2) Shave off 10 seconds from the Ban screen. I don't think I've ever seen myself or my opponent need 30 seconds for this. This could be cut down to 15-20 seconds.
3) Opponent Drafts Champions could lose 8 seconds or so. It's not that hard to pick 1 champ. 7 seconds tops.
4) Draft 2x Champions. Same thing as above. Nobody ever needs 25-30 seconds to pick 2 champs. This should be 15 sec at most.
5) Round 1 begins, Round 2 begins, Round 3 begins. I know how rounds work. We don't need to sit on these screens for like 3 seconds. Get rid of them. Imagine a screen like that after every arena fight that's unskippable. It's useless.
6) Picking defenders and attackers - make these 7-8 seconds. Don't need more than that realistically.
7) Get Ready to Fight! Yes I'm ready. Even if I need to pick a pre-fight, it should take no more than 5-6 sec, not 11.
8) Match Results: This one is the worst. I get people want to see their results, but there's no point of this being like 10+ seconds. Make it 3 sec, and put this info in the BGs history. You already have the match results, just let users tap on the individual rounds to see this info. This is akin to having a 10 second screen that shows your new overall AQ score every time you defeat a node. If someone wants to see this, 3 sec is enough to screenshot it. Or they can check the fight after the round in the match results if Kabam can add this info into that match history section. Worse yet, people who lose the first two rounds will sit here and stare at this screen for the full timer, not knowing they can forfeit since they already lost anyway.
As a reminder, yes I know this goes faster if the opponent is actively playing. I've been grinding battlegrounds in the last week and the amount of matches where someone is afk is probably like 30-40% of my matches. It's literally become Waitinggrounds. None of these timers are even the match itself which if you use suicides or burst damage champs, you finish the fight in like 30 seconds and have to wait another 1:30 for your opponent to finish. Fair enough though, no issues with the match timer. But the other timers outlined here are just way too much. Please cut them down or remove some of them to streamline this game mode.

Back to topic yeah some stuff could go faster but I disagree with most of your suggestions
Also to speak to the bans, I've personally needed the whole 30 seconds many times when the opponent has a lot of options I want banned.
1. I agree, I think it's a waste of time.
2. No. What differentiates a good player from a normal player in Battlegrounds are those 30 seconds on this screen. This is where you will define the 3 bans and define your strategy in the draft. Which champions from your deck you want to pick based on your opponent deck analysis.
3. No, if you did a good analysis of the opponent's deck it might not be so simple to pick a champion so quickly. If so, you'll pick ahead of time and it's all right. Having 15 seconds doesn't mean you have to use all 15. Most don't.
4. Same thing as 3.
5. I'm starting to think you have a personal problem with BG. It doesn't make much difference.
6. Knowing how to pick decides matches. You have that time to decide which defender you want to place, based on the attackers your opponent has available and you also need to think about which defenders he has, if you are going to give up a round on purpose, all this needs to be thought about.
7. Almost always I don't stay 5 seconds in this fight, neither do my opponents.
8. I agree, I also don't see the need to spend 10 seconds on this screen.
All the time allotted is absolutely necessary for the rounds. There are champions with upto 3 prefights selectable. 5-6 seconds is not at all enough of this. Each prefight selection can take upto 2-3 seconds depending on server connection.
The time to place defender is necessary to strategize and place. I've been in GC and mysterium for most seasons and it comes down to the last few seconds very very often. Same goes for champion selection. You need all the time there is.
And as mentioned, these few extra seconds save you a match if there's any sort of lag in the game
2)I ALWAYS use me full alloted time to ban champs so hard disagree there
3) Same as 2, though I am more conscious about the time and tend to have a champ lined up with 2 seconds to spare
4) Same as above
5) Fully agree, another pointless thing
6) Same as 2 or 3
7) Don't agree here either, there is literally a button there to skip that timer should you both wish to do so, that never use to be there and we HAD to wait the 11 seconds
8) Fully agree here too
1, 5 & 8) These ones I agree with fully. Either cut down the timers significantly or just remove entirely.
2) It takes time to look through the opponent's 30 champions and decide which of them would be most advantageous to them or hardest for you to defeat, and which of those you can ban without sacrifice your own corresponding champions in the process. Sometimes it's easy, but sometimes it's really hard. Especially when you move upward in the ranking and the opponents get tougher and tougher with much beefier rosters.
3, 4 & 6) It sounds like you don't put too much effort into drafting your champions. I don't mean that as a knock against you, I'm just saying that there are people who do take longer figuring out who to place on both offense and defense than you seem to want to. It's personally one of the aspects of BG that I enjoy the most. Sometimes you have the perfect counters so you can quickly get it over with, but other times you might have a less ideal counter and have to figure out who might either score you an unexpected win or, in some very dire circumstances, you don't mind sacrificing because you know you won't be able to win that round no matter what.
7) People need to be able to apply pre-fights. If you've got even a slightly slow connection and need to apply two or three pre-fight abilities, those 11 seconds burn away very quickly.
Talk about moaning for the sake of moaning 😂
Can't be just throwing messages around without replying to the person who you want to reply to 🤷♂️
I like to multitask. Also, you need time for the server to communicate on both sides.
