Iceman bug

I think iceman is bugged, his frostbite always burst whenever I block a hit.. I can't build them at the moment.. this happening to anyone else?

Same thing has been happening to me definitely bugged

Did your ice armor go away when you blocked the hit? Because that makes all his frostbites expire.
