@Vegeta9001 It's an absolute nightmare and with this BG meta even worse. The crazy part is the community is going crazy about the banquet event and not the real issues killing the game. Between the holding of specials and defenders not being able to be punished because the they can pretty much dex everything is very annoying.
Because people are actively just avoiding BG, I'm in gamma 1 with a single win this season.
I'm also noticing a "NEW" thing that AI have developed suddenly. When AI is holding block, you medium charge to hit the block and then dash back in hopes of AI either dashing in for easy intercept or AI doing nothing and continues to hold block, right?
But NOW, after you hit AI block, AI will first use a light attack and then will dash in, resulting in Player getting intercepted instead. Such fun 😉

Its so weird, when they all are actively avoiding BG why are they fussing about the content of banquet but doesnt play the game. Sometimes i just doesnt get this community with the whole fuss in reward/event/free stuff when the core of everything in this game is just a plain fighting game against an AI and some people who do play the game wish is just a fair AI. They said they want a fair and challenging AI, we are already at a disadvantage coming from the nodes but a 0 ms reaction time coupled with a "strategized" power usage too launch a cheap SP3 insta-kill how is that fair? Its been over a month since this thread started and still no followup, just a reassurance of them keeping track and inform about what to do next wouldve been nice but no, they just wanna "fight" those who's mad about banquet. Sorry for the rant, im just confused where this game and developer headed to
Where the change in AI gets tedious is in modes like the current SQ…I’m frequently swiping in and back a dozen times just to get the defender to drop a special (when they barely have above one bar of power).
And I’m doing all of this for 50 6* relic shards.
We can talk about how none of this was *literally planned* but it’s apparent to this long-time player that the AI (if that’s even the right term for it) has been coached to behave in new ways.
If the team wants players to spend more time in game, how about coming with more productive ways than making us dance around the screen longer?
It’s called selective answering they will reply in threads about silly stuff but the real issues like the AI that’s been an issue for going on a year they choose not to answer, but as long as people keep feeding them money why would they need to answer this thread or make any efforts to fix the AI, it’s not affecting them at all.
Hey Kabam, how about you remove all those silly taunts, infuriates and intimidates that have virtually no function now that AI model completely overrides them? It was especially nice of you to give us an attacker AW strat revolving around taunting, it's so nice to watch a taunted defender aggressively hold block for the entire duration of it and then special intercept as soon as I move, with me having no way to earn that steadfast you generously allowed.
Your a.i has become better than most players in the game. I'm no tech genius but a blind and deaf person can see you definitely amped up the a.i. this isn't rocket science undo what you did to it and the community will give you back 1% respect bc that's what you deserve. So enjoy summoner's (yeah right)
