I'm like concerned about it I switch different accounts and delete the app and redownload it but the issue is still continuing. So I haven't played the game for 4 days by now i'm worried like if it damages my phone.

That “Cascading Solitaire” (multiplying images on top of each other) post has some solutions for people to try to resolve it for themselves.
Has to do with maybe having BETA version of game also downloaded via Google Play (and Cache), that seems to be causing the problem.
But go to that post and check it out.
