Definitely Juggs, even against Maestro he's superior and faster than Kushala.

Kushala is a ton of fun and a great bullseye counter. A r2 juggs will still a Maestro like 2 seconds slower than a r3 juggs.

Kushala is more versatile and a cool new champ.

Juggs hit hard but kushala has more fun elements

Juggs is fantastic, but I’d go Kushala. Extremely versatile and also takes out two of the most annoying new defenders with ease (bullseye and serpent)

I’ve been using her in non-buff matchups and she still melts them pretty fast with a lot of health

Kushala can do Maestro pretty well, but in terms of pure speed, there’s not many champs that outclass Juggs. They both have their great matchups but I’ve seen Kushala put up some super fast times against champs like NF, Korg, Bullseye, Serpent, etc. I’d say that they’re both pretty reliable for most meta defenders.

Probably Juggs if you care a lot about BGs. Kushala is fantastic, but Juggy is broken.

What a tough poll. Answer is both, but if I’m going with one I’d start with Kushala.

Serpent I can def see, but Bullseye? I too thought this and took on a Bullseye on Hazard Shift bleed/shock this season thinking it would be fairly simple since I had tactic and was bleed immune. My ass still got lit up and I think I only got 1 attack bonus. I kept getting cornered and then having to take multiple chip damage from his sp1.

Kushala for versatility, Juggs for nuking.
It's 2 completely different sides of the coin.

Yup she’s great for bullseye both from what I’ve seen and my own testing. Hazard Shift is a pain since you can get cornered during the shock phase, but I meant more so in battlegrounds and stuff. Parry the sp1 and you regen most of the damage from it and just set up with her as usual and he usually dies pretty fast. I don’t think I’d say that she’s the best against him in HS since it is easy to get cornered like you said

Ahh okay, gotcha. Yea, I can def see that working well (or, better lol) for BGs

My main problem with Juggs is that he gets shut down by any non damaging including infuriate and armor break and never have been able to love him because of that I still use him though

I don't have Kushala but I've seen crazy stuff from her and she can take bullseye pretty well

Kushala's definitely the better option for Serpent, Juggs just straight up doesn't work. However for others like Nick and Korg, Juggs is still quicker.
I'm not saying Kushala's bad cause she's not, she's top 5 for me too but Juggs speed in BGs is absolutely insane and he beats Kushala in speed in at least 80% of the matchups.
