Aw reward reductions

Hey,

My alliance was ranked at p5 rank 60 after we won the last war of the season.

Just now our score has been tanked and we are bumped down to gold 1.

Any1 know why/how?

    One war didnt count so those points were removed

    You could have checked way too earlt before that war was computer for everyone.

    Interesting. I don't even see the updated leaderboards yet. Still says calculating. Doesn't make a ton of sense if it's done...

    Look at the leaderboard, and you'll probably find your alliance there twice—once before and once after the point reduction. It seems that everyone only sees their own reduction, and the leaderboard isn’t final.

    When you first check after Wars are over, you ALWAYS (maybe an overstatement, maybe not) are shown as higher ranking than where you really are once everything is fully processed for all alliances.

    My theory is that it calculates *FOR YOU* where your *OWN* alliance has the just ended points added. Because your account knows what alliance you are, so adds those points.

    But then those points are still being compared to other alliances scores from PRIOR to all those others getting included in the calculations to show your real ranking later on.

    (*or alliances are processed in batches, or by region, or whatever, before fully including everyone into actual rankings after each war. But anyways, your ranking always would show the points you just earned.)

    Which this earlier pic would tend to support my comment above.
    It shows your own (now with #4 removed), but the rest of everyone else it is compared to is still with #4 in place, until such time as they are factored into tally's that are available for everyone else to see.

    Screenshots in the OP are from when there was still a day+ left in the season. I don’t think the drop is due to war 4.

    This post says you won't be able to see your actual rank until rewards are distributed.

    So all of this speculation is useless until you receive your rewards.

    Wasnt speculation when for a certain few mins we was able to see rank

    Pretty sure not all alliances have had their points clawed back yet, as kabam stated you won’t see your rank till rewards come out so wait and see what rank you are when you get the rewards mail.
