The grand 10x10 supply drop champions didn’t appear for me and I’m uncollected. What’s going on kabam.

I deleted the app, redownloaded and restarted app with no luck on getting the drop. My account is paragon.

For those who aren't seeing it, have you updated the game?

I was able to claim the drop after the update, but my stark spidey isn’t in my character roster. Possible side bug as well, or will it be a time delay on being able to use him?

Edit: I’m an idiot, I thought it was going to be SSM, if I had actually looked I would have seen it was the classic. Ignore me.

My alt recently became TB. I do not have the calendar there yet. I do have the current game update & got the calender on my main account.
I did log off and on again a couple of times but it didn't appear.

Hi. Is the issue not getting resolved? I mean we would hate to be on the side of things where we don't receive the free 10 7*s It's very disheartening when people are celebrating with their kabam anniversary gifts and we here be waiting for the issue to get resolved.

I tried everything: I updated the game, restarted it, uninstalled and reinstalled it, but still couldn’t get the 7 free stars. My account is Paragon. I’m not sure if the issue has been fixed yet. Thank you, and I look forward to your response.

Just want to put this here just in case, I didn’t receive the 10x10 supply drop calendar on my main account. Updated the game before the calendar dropped and restarted the app multiple times.

Same here for me. Sent a ticket just in case 2 hours ago without a reply as yet.
Was about to buy the platinum pass, but the unit 'nerf' issue and now this has got me second guessing.

I have the same problem. I started the game again just because they would give me 10 7 stars and I became paragon but there is no calendar, this is very sad

I'll add on too. Refreshed the game sporadically since the calendar was supposed to drop, reinstalled the game and still have received neither the 10x10 drop nor can I see the lvl 70 unit bundle.

The issue I have is that the calendar only appeared on the morning of the 11th(UK time)
Played until around 11pm on the 10th and nothing.
Am I and others in this situation gonna be able to claim all champs in the calendar still?

Same here valiant player didnt get the champ , some of my alliance mates did some didn't including me

Doubt it’s related to device, update status, refresh etc. I have two accounts. Valiant has it, Paragon doesn’t. Using same app/phone.

Same with one of my alliance member who is level 20, Kabam states, “All Summoners” and he got nothing, 10yr anniversary calendar doesn’t even show up and yes, he updated.
what’s going to happen after midnight? those that have not received the spiderman, might seem like he never logged on?

Yeah nothing for me either. Unbelievable how they can get this so wrong. They do calendars all the time but manage to mess up their most hyped one. Insane.
