Issue with the proficiency tree

"I am not able to unlock the proficiency tree even though I am level 49, and my offense mastery is at 31 and defense at 17. I have been trying for a long time, but the proficiency tree is not unlocking. What should I do?"

    Summoner Level 49 ?
    Or # of Mastery Points in total is 49 ? (although you say you have 48 between Offense/Defense already).

    What is NOT unlocking ?
    On Defense, WILLPOWER requires you to have a certain # of points in that category already, before it unlocks.
    Is that what you are looking at ?

    Proficiency Tab (aka Utilities) is separate from Defense, if that's what you mean instead of Willpower.

    Nodes may require Cores as opposed to Units to unlock and put points into. Is that it ?
