I don’t have an issue with brag posts if they’re infrequent. OP hasn’t made one of these in a while, and this one isn’t trying to pretend it’s anything other than what it is. If they’re proud of what they’ve got, and they’re sharing it in a way that isn’t obnoxious, then I don’t see a problem.

Most of us have, at some point or another, bragged about specific rank ups or milestones or whatever. That’s basically what this is. It’s fine. We can put the knives down. If OP comes back and does this again soon, or tries to make a post that is pretending to be something else but it’s this, well, maybe then I’ll change my tune.

I just ticked over 11.9m, I’m back to dolphin status this year, whaled out previously but nothing like these mega whales. Just came across an account with 3 r4s.. safe to say I haven’t felt this tiny in quite a while.

Ironically, the number of male and female champions released in 2023 was identical. Which was the first and only time that has ever happened. The overall ratio has always been predominantly male, which is par for the course for the commensurate representation in the comic books themselves. I have a vague recollection of this post, as this was a thing being talked about off and on back then (I remember discussing it when I cast my vote for Omega Sentinel).

Last time I remember checking the ratio for the game as a whole, it was something along the lines of 30% female champions (or at least tagged as such). So anyone complaining at any moment in the history of this game that we were getting too many of them was at the very least seeing extremely skewed representation.

Incidentally, looking at release schedule, the male/female champion ratio throughout 2023 bounced back and forth, with each having the lead at different moments but it was never very unbalanced in either direction until it ended dead even. Again: for the first and only time in the game's history.

I'm always worried what I will find on the forums when I decide to pop in on a Sunday, but sometimes I'm rewarded for my troubles with some real gems.

Seriously I have been thinking about this for a while

Whales don't have to get every 7* champions in the game to play the game but they do for whatever reason they have

Imagine if they stop spending money on new champions every month

Who will suffer more? Kabam and free to play players or the whales?

Free to play players have more interest tied together with Kabam than Whales have with Kabam

Whales can easily move to other games and spend their way up

In fact whales do move from game to game, they don't have loyalty to any game

Free to play players have to grind all over again in a new game

Hate on them all you will but you will suffer more when they all leave (Mirrorverse, Transformers forged to fight, Marvel Realm of Champions)
