Level 62 rewards

I hit level 62 a few days ago, and never received the rewards for doing so. I got them for 61 but nothing for hitting 62

62 was bugging a few day ago it just got fixed now so now you have to wait for a compensation mail

Hi! I just wanted to know if Kabam already fixed the issue with your account? I reached level 62 yesterday and also didn't receive the rewards. I submitted a ticket to Kabam immediately after knowing the issue, but they replied to my email stating that they "resolved" the issue within just 7 minutes after I submitted the ticket. I still didn't receive the rewards right now.
