There is nothing actually wrong with the RNG but it does “feel” bad until it doesn’t. Yes I was one of those who pulled Red Hulk 3 times in a row then I pulled a Yelena today. In previous crystals I also pulled Onslaught so many times I almost got him to sig 200 naturally. That didn’t feel so bad.
My extremely unscientific test years ago - I put 6 different slips of paper in a hat and I randomly pulled out the same slip 4x in a row. That convinced me that the Kabam crystals cant be any more rigged than real life.
Kabam’s goal is to remain in business so it’s not likely they would be lying about this, although it is possible. If Kabam was found out to be rigging RNG then I think a lot of people would “ban” Kabam and quit the game and also leading to a class action lawsuit most likely.
I think the only way to prove the RNG is rigged is to sue Kabam and suponea their source code and have an IT auditor look for a cheat. unless this is something Apple and Google play do as part of their review of each new monthly build — and is probably just another reason why everyone needs to download the game only from official sources.
The good news is that Kabam implemented a box/key system, Grandmaster’s Grace mercy system, and selectors like the last one where most people seemed to pick Onslaught, which I didn’t need so I picked a dup of a champ to save a AG.
So Kabam is testing the waters with different ways of distributing beyond basic RNG.
So the TLDR is in this thread is "Trust me bro, it's random", then Kabam releases an update mercy system to guarantee a drop after enough bad results.
Make of that what you will.
Again the real problem isn't the rng, it's the useless fluff they throw in to a premium crystal. I don't know why the community can't focus on the real issues smh.
Define useless fluff. The Titan is a mixture of 6 new, and the rest older. You can't make the rest all God Tier Champs. That's just not reasonable.
Not God tier, they just have to be new. Notice how a lot more people complain about Red Hulk than Torres.
RNG rigging threads pop up periodically, and it’s often with respect to crystals that have a broad range of crystal options.
The current Titan is a perfect example—people would love to grab Jessicas or Yelenas, for example, but get nauseous at the prospect of Rhulks.
What’s misunderstood is that MCoC’s version of randomness (and randomness in general) will more often than not produce bunches of the same result(s).
Few complain when that’s Bastion or Jessica or Okoye, but many complain when it’s Rhulk (Note: I hate to pick on Rhulk because he’s very decent, but he’s the obvious example here).
By my unofficial count, I’ve opened around 60 Titans since Spiral entered the crystal. She’s been in the better part of a year. And…I’ve never pulled her. Not once.
Is that a sign of crystal dysfunction? Nope—it’s just what I personally would consider *rotten* luck.
But that same *rotten* luck has netted me every single champ in the Titan since Spiral was added (with the exception of new adds Jessica, Yelena, Galan, and a Cyke dupe).
And several of those Titan champs I’ve pulled not just once but multiple times—some like Nefaria so often mine was easy to max sig with a handful of stones.
Bottom line: Crystals are disappointing. *Rotten* luck happens. But that’s more a sign of regular RNG function than dysfunction.
Dr. Zola
I agreement you, but people often talk about one specific champ they want and don’t pull. My problem is constantly not getting the 19-20-21 champs, I want out of a crystal with 24 champs. Seems highly unlikely.

Defend the game’s Titan RNG and like clockwork…L60 Birdie swoops in.

You will get long strings of H and T no doubt but Titan crystals have 18 freaking champions
Have anyone pulled Zola three times in a row?
You can pull 3 green falcons or red hulks in a row, it's proven by many players
And OP hasn't even been replying back in here (although some seem to have taken up the cause).
All differing points have been made and exhausted.
