Genuine question , why is there a legend title in this game mode ? Like normally the legend title was given for a legend run or accomplishing some hard content. Why give it for something that is a 100% RNG base ? Like some player with no skill and a lot of luck will be able to get a title that was normally reserve only for the top player base. I’m happy to have a legend title but I don’t have any merit getting it, would have much prefer gaining it from a legend run honestly not pure luck on a straight flush.
I like this one. It's different enough and fun. Kinda reminds me of poker and the cards games kids play at comics or games shops. It would be cool to have a lower energy cost, but maybe it works out similar to spending energy on a path.
I did find a bug that I haven't been able to video capture yet.
Sometimes, if I lose a fight and come back n with another attacker to finish, the match restarts after I click continue. For example, both the attacker and defender are under 10% health and the attacker loses. I come back in with the next attacker at 100% to finish the fight. After I get the "you won" animation and click on Continue the fight starts over again. I haven't reported since I haven't been able to record it.
This feels like the mini games in RPGs like Sabacc in Star Wars Outlaws or Machine Strike in the Horizon games. It’s completely novel and unrelated to anything else in the game. I’m going to obsess over it for a short period of time and get bored with it quickly.
As much as the side quests have been hit or miss lately, that at least related to your skill at playing the game.
I think many of the people asking that this mode be made permanent will regret it after grinding the mode month after month when the novelty wears off.
I think this is a great comparison (especially cause I enjoy those mini games haha). I can say that this mode is not a permanent edition, its just this months side quest. It may (likely will) return in the future in some form, with a twist or change or update, but its not a permanent mode. Whole point is to add some variety/change of pace, making it permanent would probably hurt those efforts haha.
If (when) it does come back, it should definitely be a realm event. It's too late now but I feel like this would have been a good addition to the the Summoners Fest event rather than making it the side quest.
Reed Richards had developed a state of the art simulation of the Battlerealm to assess your skills, Summoner. Generate random holograms of your Champions, refine your squad over multiple fights, take on fearsome final bosses, and show The Four that you’ve got what it takes to join the FORCE. But you’ll have to impress them every week if you want to claim the top prize.

I was finally able to reproduce this bug and reported it. It's probably an edge case, but I can now reproduce it every time.
If you lose to the defender when you are both under 10% health and the defender is within 1 hit of knockout, when you bring in the next attacker and win using a single light hit you will be stuck in a loop and have to keep doing that fight over and over again. Each time the fight repeats you lose health. The only way out of the loop is to end with a heavy.
I really do like the mode, I just strongly dislike how heavily RNG it is.
A few changes I'd like to implement in future versions.
I'd like the fights to actually mean something. As they are right now, they're just an intermission between our draw phase. I love that the fights are mindless, just dislike that they effectively have no weight to them; even if you lose, go in with someone else.
What I'd adjust is that I think the champion you use in the fight should gain a token if they win and that token should stay with them. Which means if you use say, Spider-Man, for a fight and win he gets a token - if you lock your hand in and Spider-Man is part of it that token can be turned in. However if you swapped Spider-Man out then you lose the token.
The tokens themselves can do specific things
One token lets you increase the value of a single card by one. Another lets you decrease the value of a single card by one. One would add some points to your final score.
Originally I considered they were all just one token that you get for winning and that token can do one of the above things. I'm also toying with the concept that different fights would allow you to win different tokens - but that could further disrupt the draw mechanic so I think I prefer option one.
I had considered changing it to be "draw up to" instead of a hard draw rule - but I shifted away from that because while it sucked the one time I hit draw three instead of draw two and I was forced to break up a three-of-a-kind, that's also on me for not paying attention.
Sorry, tangent.
Okay so you get five cards, go into a fight, win and get a token. The fights now feel a little more important as does who you use for said fight. You want to accumulate tokens on cards that you're going to be keeping.
You then get to swap out cards as normal and either lock in your hand or repeat the process. This also adds an additional situation of "hey I have really good odds to make a much better hand (say a flush) but I'd have to get rid of my token to do it..." The token can add some points or adjust the value of a card but not the suit, so perhaps risking it for the Flush is the better play.
It's not perfect, still a rough concept but it's something I think would add to the mode and shift slightly away from just how heavily RNG it is because it gives the player some (limited) strategic control.
Overall I think it's a great mode. Don't think I'd want to see it become a perma feature, but would love to see it more regularly than just once a year.
To be honest i didn't like this event. Since when we start the luck base game skills got finished ad luck got top priority. If someone is out of luck he have the best skills but worst luck his skills will all go in vein. Even contender will be able to get legend title. Legend title will become a joke
Shame shame shame It is very sad to see new players getting legend title for free while i am waiting for this title from last seven years and building my squad so i can acheive this legend title , now this legend title become a joke and heartbreak for me now i dont hv any interest to play this game anymore
To those complaining about the legend badge, it means nothing, it just looks cool. You can tell where people got the legend badge by looking at the titles they have. Only then will you know if they earned it, or if they got it by luck.
This event isn't bad but I don't like how you have cheapend the legend title to anyone randomly I've been playing this game for ten yrs I work a full time job so the first people to complete the event earn a legend title is out of my reach cause I have a full time job and now some random player at level 25 can become a legend bc he's lucky!!!! That's **** I've been playing this game and been in reach of getting that title down to one card and get screwed bc of chance nothing to do with skill . That's my opinion should be a better way to get it besides luck.
As for the suggestions, love em! This is def just a version 1 of this, can do a bunch of fun stuff with it in the future.
Those experiencing issues we are working to get your accounts unstuck. Most summoners should be alright now but a number of summoners who tried to play right at the start are stuck, we're working to unstick those accounts
So @KabamPinwheel, don’t suppose you have an update on that Mysterium? It’s been about 5 days now, and it would be nice to know what’s up before the store resets on Wednesday.
Y’all this my first time on the forum just to say I got the super suits I think and I didn’t get the title my dad got orange 2345 iso and he got the title I got yellow 5678 iso why didn’t I get the legend title? Or the super suits points?

Iso is a "1" or a high card not just a wild card
About “not JUST a wild” (??)
Or is it “Not ANY Wild” ?
Can be either High or Low (as in Ace being either 1 or basically 14, above the King-13). But not a Wild.
Too bad they don't have a live leaderboard of at least the top 15-20. Would anyone else like to see that?
yes, I would love to see an out of control locomotive barreling toward my face with zero way to stop it. why do you ask? o)
seriously, I am curious, but also know I’ll be outclassed even worse than I think. we’ll see what We’d brings (or whenever the rank is actually tabulated).

Something I made if anyone would like to use while playing.

ETA.... the points just landed. 11-20% for 43.5. BUT I only got 3 points, not the 4 points
