    Hes ok... Spam sp1 doing decent damage, baby regen when almost dead, heal block, prevents sp3 but a very bad mechanic... just outclassed a lot by other utility champs

    They are average characters but not completely bad, every one has some utility in the game. Kingpin also is not the easiest guy to fight and has some utility too. I've voted for vulture because seemed the less good he can absorb incineretion or something like that if I remember well. I have no issues with them.
