I would say Blade first assuming you don't need another member for you team. If you need a 3rd of 5th member for you war/aq/quests do GR... if you already have good teams then R5 Blade first and R2 GR soon after

Hope that makes sense

EDIT: Actually now that i think of it... with the Blade and GR synergy maybe you should do GR first and R5 Blade later.
