I've been dealing with this all day , uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Once I log into kabam account it goes to loading screen and says "problems connecting to network please check your connection" my connection is fine when I uninstall app the game starts up normally on a new account
Having same problem for several hours now! Have done the uninstall/reinstall thing and continue to get the same message. Losing precious arena, dungeon, and quest time.
They really should change "Problem connecting to network, please check your connection" to "Problem connecting to network, because we have garbage servers"

Big problem. Typical...not enough testing...just push the update and figure it out later. You guys owe me a few boosts and revives Bc of this. I was on a timer for my boosts and they expired. When are you going to figure it out?????

Same issues. Tried restarting phone, deleted and reinstalled the game and switching on and off airplane mode. Nothing is working but can stream anything else or play other games. What’s going on

Been having similar problem as a lot of users unable to log in. Saying connection issues account name is bschindel I play on a samsung galaxy s7 and have uninstalled and reinstalled as well as restarted my device multiple times. Please help!
