While the Game Team investigates a way to remedy this issue, we will be putting the Game into Emergency Maintanance.

    This issue was brought to the mods/devs attention MONTHS ago, and I don't recall seeing a fix posted about it, or anything. The thread there got pretty large, as well. I'm pretty sure this overheating has actually damaged my phone at this point.

    Having the same issue over heating and causing me to need to give my phone a rest shut it off and even not play the game because I don’t want to wreck my phone!!! Please fix this kabam I have the iPhone 7 iso11.4

    Same here. Crahsed twice, stuck to the app and won’t let me out until I did a hard reset. Major lags also in-game which I haven’t experience until the update.

    Oh yeah, I saw the thread about it last month as well, but I mean back in September 2017. There was a user who actually tested the temperature of his device while playing, showing just how much it heated up, even went so far as to post video of it happening. The thread is completely gone, I've searched for it since making that post you quoted, and it's not coming up.

    Overheating & shut down..... also takes around 5 minutes to finish shutting down before it turns on again.... all after update & last one was after just one hour in the game & phone use & in the middle of AQ fight. I’m afraid my iphone 7+ could get damaged from this bad update cuz of the overheat & shutting it down. Definitely the worst update ever so better not to get into game till it’s fixed.

    I forget to mentioned sometimes get very lagy & lot of champs are not placing debuffs or getting buffs, for example GR never placed any curse on rival, not even the first one, Dormamu’s heavy not working as it should, even iceman is not debuffing with his coldsnap & frostbite, can’t get any of them on some fights, not even the initial one which always shows at the start of fight unless rival is immune.

    Hi Kabam,

    The game has been crashing since I updated to the latest version. Many others are also complaining. I am using an IOS operating system and my phone is 6S.

    I also tried deleting and reinstalling the app but still same problem.

    Please do something at the earliest.

    Sounds like you guys might benefit from a device upgrade.

    I have the same phone and am have weird display issues where there's long text code. Like when fighting it doesn't just say dexterity it says something like ms_masteries_dextertiy. And it says stuff like that for crystals, help button, etc. Weird af!

    Android. Samsung galaxy note 5. T-Mobile, wifi carrier spectrum. Load times are longer, have to force close and enter email to log in everytime, never had to before. Lost matches due to freeze.

    I thought my iPhone 5 is too old to have a good performance for this game. However, found out some more modern iPhones also have similar problems to mine so I post a video to describe my problem with loading character's icons, crystals and everything seemingly related to "pictures" since the 18.0 update.

    Apart from loading pictures takes one by one, second by second, I just found out there is a new glitch on my phone after MCOC updated to 19.0. Once I swipe a notification of MCOC on a lock sceen to re-enter the game, which is pending in background, I'll get this funny situation......

    The game was still running in such a tiny area and I can still enter into those battle realm where I can touch. This issue has happened a couple times today.

    I am experiencing similar game play problems. My game keeps shutting off, while battling in arenas. I have 6S plus, IOS 11.4. This is getting old quickly, after every update, issues that effect my gameplay with no way to really recover my losses. Can’t hope to play AW ans AQ with these issues, since losses are unrecoverable. LIKE I’VE POSTED BEFORE, IT WOULD BE NICE THAT THERE WOULD BE AN UPDATE WITH NO ISSUES. UNFORTUNATELY THAT AGAIN IS OUT IF MY, THE PLAYERS CONTROL

    I have the same problem here. Game still functional for a while... but all buttons stop working. Then screen become black, an endless loading screen appears, and a have to turn off the device.

    Anyone knows how to contact Apple for this problem ? My two IPhones are overheating and crashing because of this app, they might need to shut it down to avoid problem while Kabam fixes that

    Confirmed with my iPhone 6s iOS 11.4. Same issues. After the new Mcoc 19 update, phone continuously heats up until the screen froze, had to do a hard reset. I was worried my phone was broken as it’s only a year old. Same issue today, logged in and played for no more than 10 mins and noticed the phone heating up again, started to cool down after logging out. No issues with any other apps, definitely has something to do with the new 19 game version update.
