@DNA3000 because you don't make souls with regened health, so if i go in and wolverine is at like 10% health, and i start hitting him trying to build my SP2 luck can bite me and he could regain like 80% of his health while i'm trying to build my SP2, and because i'm not building any more souls because guillotine doesn't build souls off of "Regened Health" that means i only have 1 Try and have to rely on him getting 4 heals to bring him below 10% HP or else it is a failed attempt, given the fact that on my successful attempt i had to do the SP2 3 Times it is highly unlikely that i would have enough luck to seal the deal in only 1 SP2.
I'm not sure what you're trying to say, but in my RoL run I did back to back Guillotine runs, on the second run Wolverine did proc a heal and healed back a significant chunk of health, but I landed the SP2 and burned him down anyway.
You only build souls doing damage, and you never do enough damage with a 2* or 3* guillotine to ever build souls outside of heal reverse. So it doesn't matter what health Wolverine starts the fight with.
is it possible to beat realm of legends with a 4/40 4* corvius glaive 3* starlord/symbiote supreme/x23 and a 4* guillotine
It might be possible, but I would feel better having a poison immune or something that can deal with poison debuffs to fight Scarlet Witch with.
I just completed ROL and i didn't use a poison immune for most of SW, i brought rhulk at first but then i got hit by an sp2(don't ask how lol), and proceeded to finish her with AA. Maybe i got lucky with the poisons, or the AAR helped, but my point is a poison immune isn't a must
