The fix you have came out with, and closed the discussion, is not a fix. People who got a champ not on the list is still falling behind, because you are giving everyone another crystal. So people not effected are getting 2 good champs and I’m stuck with a Bishop I don’t want and a possible good champ. So people effected should be getting 2 new crystals if you are giving the ones not effected another crystal!

Was Hood part of that Choice on the deal ? I brought the 3 Odins and I'm pretty sure 1 of those Crystals was incorrect because I saw Bishop in the Real and Got a Hood from that same reel.

The 5* crystals you got from the 3 Odins are just basic... Pretty lucky if you get hood.. The thread is talking about the 10k unit cache offer that contains the marvelous crystal, which only contains 6-7 champs

All Summoners that purchased all 3 tiers of the Spectacular Summoner's Bundle and received the incorrect Crystal will be granted the correct crystal, in addition to the Crystal that they have already received.
Now, many other Summoners did not receive the wrong Crystal, but to even this out, any Summoner that has purchased (or purchases) all 3 tiers of the Spectacular Summoner's Bundle and received the correct crystal will be granted the other Crystal as well.
This means that if you purchase the Crystal before the bundle expires, you will receive both Crystals.
As for a timeline, we have to wait until the offer expires before we can pull the list of users that purchased it, and then separate those into which Summoners received which Crystal. Combine this with the other compensation that we are working on, and we expect to have your second crystals out some time next week.

Agree with the other forum response that this means other people get 2 chances at the correct crystal and the others will still only get one, since the first one was still in fact the wrong crystal. So you need to send 2 to the people who opened the wrong ones, if you’re sending an extra to the ones who got the correct crystal.
I'm not complaining about getting another crystal but in a weird round about way I understand the sentiment about people who opened following the fix getting two correct crystals versus those who opened prior to the fix. I was one who opened prior to the fix and am stuck with, not a bad champ, but one that I didnt expect or want. Now I have another shot which is great but those who opened after are defiently making out a lot better in this situation.
Not sure if you guys are reading it correctly but everyone who buys the offer is getting both the newer crystal and the older version

Ok so I just purchased everything....and am only showing the ONE Marvelous crystal. I presume that is the incorrect one? And I now have to send in a ticket to get the correct one sent my way?

Which means that everyone who bought the crystal within the first 1.5 hours or so today opened a crystal with no shot of getting IMIW or domino, meanwhile some people that purchased later today actually got IMIW out of the crystal.

You can't read. From the wording it's super clear that everybody (who buys it) gets two different crystals. If you got the right one now, you'll get the wrong one next week. If you got the wrong one now, you get the right one next week.

I just bought the crystal (so after your message and before expiration ) and only see the « right » crystal. Now I wait for the second crystal
Does the « right » crystal contain the 7 champions, id est includes IMIW ?
The one they still have in game after they supposedly fixed it is still the wrong one? I’m concerned that they the second one they will send will also be the wrong one!
@Knightarthus it looks like if you bought the first 2 offers before the fix, you’ll have the wrong crystal in the final offer. If you bought them after the fix, you’ll have the correct crystal.
This is why they’re waiting until after the offers expire to sort everything out. As Miike said in the post, they’ll sort out 2 lists of who got each crystal, and distribute the appropriate crystals next week.
